Deep Tissue, LaStone & Pregnancy Massage Specialist

Sarah Denham, LMP has been practicing Therapeutic Massage since 2002 in Baltimore, MD and relocated to Seattle in 2009. She currently holds a National and State Certification in Massage Therapy with training in LaStone Therapy (LST), the use of warm and cool therapy stones; Pregnancy Massage, nurturing the mother and baby; and Reiki, energy healing. Sarah integrates traditional massage techniques with learned modalities working myofascially and intuitively to cater to each individual's needs. With her strong desire to help others, Sarah seeks to educate her clients about body movement and awareness, bringing a caring and healing energy to every session.Sarah is always eager to learn and looks forward to adding Infant Massage Instruction and Craniosacral Therapy to her repertoire. When Sarah is not working to help others, she enjoys reconnecting with nature, taking advantage of all that the Northwest has to offer. She can be found walking her Golden Retriever around Seattle parks, taking hikes, and running races. Sarah is also a dance enthusiast and has great interest in the arts and music.
